THE MOUNTAIN KING

Directed by Duncan Tucker (color, 20 min). Shot NTSC with the Canon XL-1 in electronic 16:9 format and transferred to 35mm.

A persuasive young street hustler disrupts a young man's quiet day at the beach, and teaches him to appreciate life's element of surprise.

"Duncan Tucker's Mountain King, which features some beautiful sunset photography, depicts an encounter between a hustler and a closeted straight guy that is not only sexy, but also emotionally satisfying."
-Chuck Wilson, L.A. Weekly
