Compression Rules:
If the input is DV-NTSC compression format, Atlantis will select DV-PAL compression format by default, and vice-versa.
If the input is DVCPROHD 720p60 compression format, Atlantis will select DVCPROHD 720p50 compression format by default, and vice-versa.
If the input is DVCPROHD 1080i50 or 1080p25 compression format, Atlantis will select DVCPROHD 1080i60
or 1080p30 compresssion format by default, and vice-versa.
For other compression formats, (for example HDV, MJPEG) Atlantis will attempt to use the same compression format by default, but
manually setting the compression format may be required..
